go. mexico.
i went to mexico three times this summer to build homes and grow the relationships we have made across the border with rockharbor mexico and baja christian ministries.
we built 6 homes this summer over the three weekend trips. these are families and kids that have never had a house to call home.
i was pretty wiped by the end of the third trip but it was an amazing experience as always..

hector and john, baja christian ministries. hundreds (thousands?) of homes have been built under their guidance
this was my fourth trip to rojo gomez to build homes with RockHarbor, my first as a member of the leadership team and as unique an experience as all the others. it was an awesome trip. our team of 56 built two of the 30+ homes that were built over the weekend by over 300 volunteers from Baja Christian Ministries.
my renewed passion of photography started in mexico last august, i am excited to see my photos continuing to improve. a kind and generous friend (thanks john b!) lent me his 24-105 L for some time during the trip – the image quality and dust proof construction have really won me over, i will never buy another non-L lens.
